Loyalty Programme Manager

What will you do?
There is room for expansion, for a Loyalty Programme Manager. A great sales position, in which you get to work for wonderful and appealing clients. You manage about 30 existing clients and try to help them grow, reduce churn and increase their share of wallet. Your help has a great influence on these results for your clients. You also have a supporting role in new business processes.
You have a commercial attitude and know how to keep a cool head when you have to work out challenging projects with clients. You can navigate smoothly between all the opportunities and challenges that the clients bring. You can identify, direct and achieve results. You never lose the overview and take all projects to a higher level.
In the role of Loyalty Programme Manager, you will be indispensable in the loyalty approach of the client. You are a star at communicating but don’t need many words to understand what the client needs. You have a detailed overview of the opportunities and challenges, know how to clearly formulate this in an action plan and turn every project into a success. With your keen eye for developments and assertiveness, clients see you as an important discussion partner on a tactical, operational and strategic level. In other words: a role that requires a unique combination of business acumen, understanding of technology, a sense of marketing and strong communication skills.
What do we expect from you?
An HBO student (Marketing or Commercial direction) with several years of sales experience would fit well in the team. Because some of our clients are international, you must also be fluent in English.
