Ingram Micro – IM+
Ingram Micro, the world’s largest distributor of computer and technology products, asked Sparco to develop a loyalty platform to contribute to its strategic objectives. Two objectives were drawn up in advance: intensify the collaboration with its resellers and increase the share of wallet (SOW) through better customer relations.
Sparco developed a multifunctional platform that Ingram Micro can fully manage using the Content Management System (CMS). They can launch campaigns in the CMS to promote the sale of specific products or products from specific suppliers. These campaigns can be rolled out in a highly segmented manner enabling Ingram Micro to approach specific target groups per campaign.
IM+ is not only used to increase sales but also as a knowledge base. Resellers can use IM+ to sign up for various training courses, to take part in surveys and knowledge tests initiated by Ingram Micro in IM+ and to read the latest news.
Every participant in IM+ can access the dynamic dashboard to see at a glance which campaigns are popular, for which training courses one is registered, which surveys have been completed and which objectives have been achieved within IM+.
