Microsoft – The Circle of Success

Microsoft wants to enable people and companies to fully utilise their opportunities and also provides the tools for doing so. Through The Circle of Success sales programme, the company keeps individual sales employees at resellers informed about developments in their area of expertise, on account of which their knowledge grows and they are able to operate more successfully. The Circle of Success informs, encourages and rewards. At the same time it builds a database containing information about sales that have been achieved.

 

The programme forms a community for ambitious sales employees. Participants are able to register through a registration module. Microsoft then has the data available to be enable to communicate directly with the sales employees. The sales employees register their sales through a claim module. Approved claims are converted into points, which can be cashed in at an online gift shop. 

 

The knowledge of an employee is expanded by following (online) training courses, attending seminars and visiting events. This enables the employee to reach a higher status in the programme, with the privileges and awards associated with that status. A level module is used for this level registration.
