Internal motivation and boosting turnover
Ricoh is a supplier of products and services in IT & document management solutions. The programme that Sparco has set up on behalf of Ricoh has various target groups: the Direct Sales Force staff and the staff at the Ricoh Document Centers. The aim of the programme is to boost turnover for the Direct Sales Force and Ricoh's various distribution channels.
Reward criteria
For each new order, the participant will receive so-called RiCoins. The number of RiCoins that the participant can earn differs for each promotional campaign. Ricoh has subdivided its campaigns into four quarters. For each quarter, specific actions are planned, linked to which are the number of RiCoins that can be earned. This enables Ricoh to boost its sales each quarter in a very goal-orientated manner.
Profile-dependent content management
To ensure that the participants in the different groups only see the information that is of importance to them, the programme has been expanded with the profile-dependent content management module. This enables the participant to see, for example, only the promotional offers, durations and conditions that apply to his group. Ricoh is able to manage the content itself in the CMS. By using this module, the various target groups can be incorporated in one programme.
